Each guest will get her own 6’ crop table and a goody bag with exclusive Creative Memories items. We’ll be doing a Paper Buffet, technique demos, layout classes, and sketch challenges (where you can spin the prize wheel!) plus entries to the door prizes. Hotel guests have breakfast included in their room rental rate. Dinner will be provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Hotel room is not included in the event fee and needs to be booked separately.

Each room at the hotel has either two queens or a king bed AND a sofa bed. Room rate for our group is $159 (king) /$179 (double queen) per night. Room rates are per room/per night and do not include state hotel tax of 15% + $2.00/night. All rooms at the Spring Hill Suites have a fridge and microwave.

Staying at the hotel is optional, however the number of rooms we book at the hotel directly impacts the rate we pay for the event space so anyone who chooses to stay at the hotel (even for just one night!) really helps us all out!

Deposit of $120 is required to hold your spot, with the balance due no later than February 13. If you need to cancel after your deposit has been paid, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. After February 13 your fee is non-refundable, however it is transferrable if you can find someone to take your spot.
