Happy Sunday, Scrapbook friends! Here we are again, as promised. :)

This time I have information about signing up for September events, remaining Croptoberfest spots, Croptoberfest products available to those who can’t attend an in-person event, our new Autumn collection, AND free shipping!

Event Schedule

There are still a couple August events you could join us for - the Wednesday day crop and this weekend’s crop, and September events are now open if those work better for you!

My schedule continues to be a bit wonky with a little more travel and of course my daughter’s wedding in October, but hopefully soon my life will go back to normal crazy vs. the crazy crazy it’s been for basically this whole year! Thanks for bearing with me!!

Wednesday Day Crops: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

No frills, just time to work on your current projects. Bring your lunch or we’ll go in together on a DoorDash order. $10.

Weekend Crops: Friday noon - 9 pm and/or Saturday 10 am - 6 pm

September 4 & 5 (pizza crop)
September 25 & 26 (potluck crop)
$20 for one day or $30 for both days

Project Recipe Class: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Come create two double page layouts using some of CM’s newest collections. I’ll provide the “ingredients” and the directions and we’ll build the layouts together. $20 basic or $35 deluxe (which includes 2 packs of stickers).

CROPTOBERFEST!

As expected Croptoberfest is filling up fast!! Session 1 (October 8-10) has six spots left and Session 2 (October 15-17) only has TWO seats remaining. So if you are still trying to decide, you might want to do that sooner rather than later!

Free Shipping!

So… turns out the downside to me offering all of you guys a CM credit when you place an order is that I guess free shipping isn’t quite as enticing as it is if you’re used to paying shipping. :) But I know there are some of you who haven’t taken me up on that so maybe this will help you. Starts Monday at 9 am through Friday, September 4th at noon, and is free ground shipping on any order of $125 or more.

Croptoberfest Products

If you are not able to attend Croptoberfest, starting Monday you will be able to purchase some of the exclusive Croptoberfest items, including the Project Bundle, the Chocolate Grateful Album Cover, and the Pumpkin Harvest Border Punch.

PLEASE note that if you ARE attending a Croptoberfest event with me, parts of the bundle are included in your crop fee, plus if you purchase one of the add-ons at registration there is a discounted price (and no sales tax!) so please be aware of what you might have ordered already before you order any of these.

Autumn Abundance Collection

Fall is one of the prettiest times of year for photo taking, and I think that this year’s collection, Autumn Abundance is one of the prettiest we have ever had! (It has to help that it includes some Dee Orchid, which is one of my favorite new cardstock colors!)

This collection includes two paper packs, Designer and Tone-on-Tone, Stickers, Embellishments and mats. If you purchase the bundle there’s also a coordinating cardstock pack plus you get 10% off the retail price AND a free Project Playbook with directions for four layouts (two double page and two single page) using the collection.

There are also two coordinating album covers, the Orange Spice Autumn Abundance cover (with a fun daisy design) or the refreshed Deep Orchid Uncharted cover (a bringback design from 2016!)

This is our first collection to include an Embossing Folder for use in the new Die-Cutting and Embossing Machine, the Scattered Leaves Embossing Folder. I do wish they would have given us an example of how to layer it with the new Falling Leaves BMC, so that’s high on my list of ideas to play with. :)

Other New/Returning Items

Besides the Autumn and Croptoberfest products, it’s time for another card kit, Kindness Blooms. This boxed kit provides you with all the pieces to create twelve handmade cards for various occasions.

A new update to the CM card kits is that now each of the numbered pieces shows you exactly where to apply adhesive, in case you’ve ever wondered about that. (This is probably geared more towards new crafters!)

To go along with the card kits there’s a new Adhesive Variety Pack which includes 77 mini foam squares and five sheets of Tape Chips, which would be a perfect add-on if you wanted to give the card kit as a gift to a non-scrapbooker.

Also, newly updated is the Rainbow Cardstock Sampler Pack, which is a great way to get your solid cardstock collection started. If you need a more organized way to keep your cardstock, you’ll want to upgrade to the full Rainbow Cardstock Sampler Bundle which also includes the Rainbow Dot Pod insert and the set of Rainbow Dividers. It’s a great way to organize your cardstock and is in fact the system that I use for my own scraps.
