Rocket City Retreat registration!

Merry Christmas, Scrapbook friends! This is probably the last time you’ll hear from me this year - unless you follow me on Facebook or YouTube or see me in person, in which case you will have lots of chances to hear from me. :)

This is a quick email just to remind you about my final events of the year and especially to let you know that REGISTRATION IS OPEN for Rocket City Retreat Mission 18! Subscribers to my email get priority registration, I will not be posting this info on my Facebook pages until the end of the week. :)

Rocket City Scrapbook Retreat - Mission 18

Sorry for the delay in getting registration opened for this - hotel room prices have gone WAY up and I had to work with my event planner to try to get something reasonably affordable. Ugh. But ask anyone who has attended one of our events at the SpringHill Suites and they will let you know, it’s SO worth it!! The hotel staff is fantastic.

Please join me in Huntsville Alabama for our EIGHTEENTH Rocket City Scrapbook Retreat. Thursday, February 27 - Sunday, March 2. Begins and ends at 3 pm, however I am exploring the possibility of starting earlier on Thursday, so stay tuned for that.

I know that it’s the week before Christmas and money is tight - if you plan to sign up but can’t pay the fee yet, email me and I can save you a spot on the list. :)

Jumpstart January

Right now is also a great time to sign up for my Jumpstart January layout challenge! Every day at 9 am Central during the month of January, I will be posting an inspiration layout or sketch in a dedicated Facebook group. You will have 24 hours to create a layout based on that idea and post a photo of it in the group.

Everyone who completes the daily challenge will be entered to win $10 in CM Credits (to spend on the website). Everyone registered for the challenge (whether you complete any layouts or not!) will be entered to win a weekly prize of $25 in CM Credits.

If you complete all 31 layouts by the end of the month your name will go into a drawing for $100 in CM Credits. For every group of 10 people that complete the challenge I’ll draw for another $100!

Fee for this event is $20 and yes, you do need to be on Facebook to participate (or have a friend on Facebook who can share the sketches with you and post your layouts!)

That’s it! I’m not sure if I am sorry or not that I don’t have anything else to share with you! I believe our next new product release will be happening on January 2nd (which oddly is a Thursday) but my first crop in January is the 3rd and 4th so if you are planning to attend that one let me know so that I can contact you directly when the registration opens up!
