Tuesday new product launch this week!

Howdy, scrapbook friends! After some weather-related travel adventures I finally made it home to Alabama on Thursday morning (instead of Tuesday evening!) but the good news is I got to spend an unexpected 36 hours with my daughter Katie in Pennsylvania! That was not part of my plan but thankfully she was willing to drive two hours (each way!) to rescue me from yet another night sleeping in the airport, and instead I got to go hang out with her then fly home from there, with barely enough time to recombobulate myself before our crop this past weekend!

I was hoping that we would get a break and have new products on June 1st, but apparently that wasn’t CM’s plan! However, because of the Memorial Day holiday tomorrow the new products will launch on TUESDAY at noon, CT. (This is also why I didn’t stay up after my crop Saturday night to write this to you - since CM gave me an extra day I hope it’s okay that I am sending this a few hours late!)

They did tell us that starting on Monday, June 8th (which my guess is the next new product launch date?) the products will go live starting at 9 am instead of noon! That will be a strange adjustment for me, but it will allow them to start packing up people’s orders earlier on launch day and hopefully that will mean we get our packages sooner! So that’s a plus!

This time we have the new wedding collection they’ve been telling us was coming (with the last of the Album Box kits, at least for now), a very cool new organizer and the next installment of the Creative Inspiration binder.

I am also opening up my JUNE crop schedule (with one last chance to get in on the two events this last week of May - Project Recipe class and Wednesday’s day crop!) I can’t quite get my brain around it being June!

Event Schedule

Summertime is a great time to stay inside in the a/c and scrapbook! I’d love to have you join me at my studio in Madison, Alabama for one of the multiple cropping events I host every month. (Except July - I’ll be out of town for most of the month so there will be fewer options!)

If you want to join us for a crop I do request pre-registration, but I nearly always have space even if you don’t decide till the day before. :) If you just want to come check out the space or do some Creative Memories shopping you’re welcome to drop by during any scheduled event.

Wednesday Day Crops: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday May 27, June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1. No frills, just time to work on your current projects. Bring your lunch or we’ll go in together on a DoorDash order. $10.

Weekend Crops: Friday noon - 9 pm and/or Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
June 5/6 (pizza crop - we’ll chip in to order pizza Friday night and do a sandwich bar on Saturday)
June 26/27 (potluck crop)

Project Recipe Class: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, May 26 or Tuesday, June 16
Come create two double page layouts using some of CM’s newest collections. I’ll provide the “ingredients” and the directions and we’ll build the layouts together. $20 basic or $35 deluxe (which includes 2 packs of stickers).

Memories Matter Alzheimer’s Fundraiser

It is not too late to join our Memories Matter Virtual Crop fundraiser! We have already raised over $35,000! I’ve started receiving some of the video links and handouts from a few of the designers (the perk of being the organizer!) and they are FABULOUS. I am so impressed with the creativity people are bringing to this event and can’t wait to see what YOU do with the ideas they are going to share!

You do not need to look for my photo or anything - the “main” page is mine, so if you just donate at the main link I’m the one who will be able to verify your membership to the FB group. If you click on one of the “teams” it will send your info to that other Advisor.

I am also opening up a Zoom room for the whole time of the fundraiser - you are welcome to join us for all of the day or part of it.

Inspiration Additions

It’s time for a new addition to the Creative Inspiration Binder! Get all the ideas (Project Recipes and Virtual Crop Sketches) from September 2025 - March 2026 to add to your existing binder. If you need a new binder (I’ve had to split mine - I have Project Playbooks in one and Project Recipes and VC sketches in the other) there’s an updated version of that available too!

Sorting Mate

Do you like to create layouts using the Project Playbooks, or perhaps you’ve participated in Use-the-Pack classes during various Virtual Crops? Sometimes trying to keep all the pieces organized on a small or cluttered workspace can be tricky, so CM is introducing the new Sorting Mate organizer. It will sit on your desk and has six compartments where you can place the pieces for each of the layouts in a multi-layout project as you cut them. If you need to clean up your space and finish later, there’s an elastic band you can wrap around the whole folder so you can save it for another time.

Okay, I think that is it! Thankfully the jet lag from heading west from Denmark is nowhere near as crippling as the jet lag I had coming back heading east from Japan! I’ve only been home a few days and already I feel mostly fully functional. :) But oh I wish I could just stay home for a while!

I do get to be home the entire month of June - but then in July I am heading out to Utah for some events with my extended family, so I’ll be gone most of the month. I know SOME of you have zero sympathy for me, and I bet none of you would believe me that I don’t really love traveling. :) I’m a homebody, I promise!

However, since being a homebody seems increasingly impossible, I am truly so thankful to have a job where I am able to take time off to travel or attend family functions. I appreciate all of you who support me with your purchases, by joining my team or by watching my YouTube channel. I love this community we have created so much, and I’m so glad YOU are a part of it!
