Happy beginning of Autumn, scrapbook friends! Sorry this is so late getting into your inbox! I am in Pennsylvania at my daughter’s house right this minute, after she and I spent the weekend at a Creative Memories Advisor Training retreat up in Syracuse NY. She (Katie) is NOT a scrapbooker (yet!!), but she did complete an ENTIRE album of her trip to France last year. Hooray for Fast2Fabs and daughters who are willing to make the occasional scrapbook!

However, we didn’t get back to her house till after 7 pm and then we were starving and had to eat dinner, so I’m just now getting this ready to send out, twelve hours after I usually try to have it on its way to you! Thanks for your patience! (And thanks to the two of you who noticed you didn’t get the email and asked me about it - it’s nice to be “missed”!)

This email will talk about my October events (already!) plus two fun new collections coming out Monday! If you are local to me and would like to place an order to pick up at a future event, PLEASE use the Google Doc order form at the end of this email. :) If not, the new products will be available on my website beginning at NOON Central time. Hopefully I can remember to translate that to Pennsylvania’s Eastern time zone!

PLEASE NOTE that I am flying home from PA on Tuesday evening - and of course there is always a chance that there’ll be some sort of flight hiccup. So if you are planning to attend this Wednesday (or even just considering it) please let me know so that if the travel gods don’t smile upon me and I get delayed I’ll be able to notify you of any changes!!

Vintage Chic

The Vintage Chic collection is a “bringback” from clear back in 2012 (the “old” Creative Memories!) but they’ve refreshed some of the patterns and added in some fun embellishments.

The album cover is Pebble Gray bookcloth with a Clover foil design (I think Clover is purple, but I admit I haven’t seen it in real life yet!) It sure looks elegant in the photos, and I bet would make a lovely wedding or anniversary album!

The decorative items include TWO paper packs (Designer and Tone-on-Tone), Variety Mat Pack, Vintage Tile Stickers, and two embellishment packs - the regular embellishments are designed to fit inside the cute Pocket Embellishments!

Of course we have a Buy-it-All Bundle for this collection which includes both paper packs, the mats, ABC stickers, both embellishment packs AND another bringback item, the (previously) hard-to-find Elegant Diamond Border Punch! This punch was an exclusive Advisor Join gift way back in 2016, and they have FINALLY released it for purchase! You don’t even have to become an Advisor to get it! :) (Although you know I’d love to talk to you about that!)

There are NO new tools with this collection, HOWEVER, CM did want to do a Buy-it-All Bundle, so they have bundled the (existing) Spider Webs Frame Punch and the Bats & Stars Border Maker Cartridge with the new Boo-Yah! papers and stickers.

(But you probably won’t want the bundle if you already have those tools!)

Along with the next installment in our Simple Page Kits, we have the return of Berry Punch Shimmer paper, AND the long-anticipated Brochure Pockets! When you order those, you’ll get three each of 6x8 (top-loading) and 12x5 and 5x7 (side loading) pockets with full adhesive on the back, great for adding maps and travel brochures to your albums

Finally (oh goodness I hope it’s finally, I did NOT get enough sleep this weekend and I’m fading fast even though it’s barely 9 pm where I am!) we have our seasonal limited-edition 8x8 album covers. These will only be available from noon on Monday, September 23 until November 1st (or while supplies last), so if you love one of these album covers be sure to get it while you can!

I am so afraid I am forgetting something! I also have ZERO idea of when the next product release will be, this one feels “out of order” and we usually get something at the beginning of the month, but CM hasn’t told us when the next release will be. Pretty sure it’s Christmas based on the “spoilers” that are in the new catalog we got last month (it’s on page 37 if you want to check it out!) but I don’t know the exact date we’ll see that.

I had a LOVELY time up in Syracuse cropping with CM friends old and new, and of course it’s been delightful to spend time with my daughter in her brand new grown-up house (how did she get so “old” and responsible??) but it will be very nice to be home again too! Many of you have commented on how much traveling I have done this year, and believe me, I am really feeling it. It’s all been fun, but oh is it exhausting, and I miss sleeping in my own bed!!

Thanks for being such great supporters of my business. Advisor retreats always remind me of how very blessed I am that I am able to be a “full-time scrapbooker,” and I couldn’t do that without YOU!!
