Welcome to March, scrapbook friends! Spring is definitely in the air - unfortunately it brings pollen with it!! My poor husband has been doing yardwork this weekend and he’s a sneezing, sniffly mess! Hopefully his Zyrtec will kick in soon, and once the blooming is done we can all breathe easily again!
This week’s email has some CHANGES to my event schedule (so sorry! Life has “happened”!), the release of a new medical-related collection (that I was lucky enough to be part of the design team for!) AND a promo just for those of you who love the 8x8 albums!!

I have had to adjust some of the dates for a couple of crops at my studio in Madison, Alabama. One of them is our second March Crop (originally scheduled for the 21 & 22nd, and the other is Session 2 of NSD). I have personally contacted anyone who signed up for one of the rescheduled dates, but if the previous schedule didn’t work for you, maybe one of the new dates will!

So… remember last email when I said I had changed the original dates of NSD? Well, turns out that messed up a lot of people’s plans, so I have changed it BACK. I hate that I had to make TWO event changes right in the same email - hopefully you know this is not usual for me, and those of you who the new dates do NOT work for can forgive me!!
The first session is the same, but the second session will no longer be Memorial Day weekend, it’ll be the following weekend.
Session 1: May 15 - 17
Session 2: May 29 - 31
Thursday: 5:00 - 9:00 pm (includes dinner)
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (includes lunch & dinner both days).
Fee for either event is $100 and will include the Project Recipe Kit, exclusive NSD gifts and five meals. Currently there is not a partial-day option, however when it gets closer if there is space available I will open those up.
If you would like to order any of the NSD products there is a bit of a discount if you add them on to your NSD registration and pick them up at the event. These are only available while supplies last from CM but hopefully they will not sell out too soon!

I am SO excited to finally be able to tell you about the On the Mend collection! After having the opportunity to create several Project Recipes last year, I have “graduated” to being able to create the Project Playbook for this one, which has FOUR double page layouts plus a single page layout!! It’s not quite a “use the whole pack” class, which I love to do, but it’s as close as CM would let me get!! But it means I’ve known this is coming for several weeks, and it’s been so hard not to spill the beans!! (But I signed a legal non-disclosure agreement! How “grown up” is that? lol)
I didn’t originally think that I would have many photos that I could use with this collection, but as I worked with it I realized that there are more occasions than I like to remember when medical personnel or procedures are involved!
