The Longest Day - WOW!!!

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in my The Longest Day fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. It was such a privilege to have Noreen Smith from the Creative Memories Home Office here, and so many of you have been so VERY generous in your donations. As of 8:30 on Saturday night I am proud to say that we have raised $7152.47 for Alzheimer’s research! That number is still increasing as people continue to make donations. Together we are making a big impact!

At the suggestion of one of my guests yesterday, I am extending my donation offer. 25% of the retail price of anything you purchase on my website on Monday, June 17, OR any preorders received by me by 11 am Monday (so that I can order at noon!) will also be added to the donation total.

We still have several cropping options for the month of June. I would love to have you join us!!

This Wednesday, June 19 is the newest Federal holiday, Juneteenth. If you find yourself with an unexpected day off work, I’d love to have you spend part of it at our Wednesday Day Crop! I know lots of you can’t attend those because of those pesky full-time jobs, so this is a happy calendaring coincidence!

Day Crops: Wednesday, June 19 or June 26 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Project Recipe Layout Class: Tuesday, June 25, 6:00 - 8:00 pm
(I have a special reason to be excited about this one - read on for details!)
June Crop: Friday, June 28, noon - 9 pm and/or Saturday, July 29, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

I will be taking much of the month of July off, so for planning purposes, here are the dates of my July events. Registration for those will open at the end of the month:

Costal Shore Collection

Don’t ask me for spoilers - not only did I sign a confidentiality agreement, but I only find out a few weeks ahead of everyone else! I did have a fun time coming up with this layout and look forward to teaching it to you at my Project Recipe class on the 25th!

I am sharing this new role with some other Advisors so I won’t be doing every one of the Project Recipes, but you should be seeing more from me over the next few months.

More new colors!

I was so excited to get to use Lagoon Shimmer solid core paper for the sample Project Recipe layout! (We used to call it Shimmer Cardstock, but it’s not really the same weight as cardstock so I guess now they’re adjusting the name!)

This paper was part of last year’s Shimmer buffet, but now we get to have it in the regular line! I love all the shimmers and this color especially!

Finally, we have two new solid album cover options, especially for those of you who love the color blue! They are CM Blue (yep, that’s the official name!) and Icy Blue.
