Happy Sunday, Scrapbook friends! Especially those of you who spent the weekend with me at our first National Scrapbook Day session! Thanks for being my “test” group! I had fun and I hope you did too!
This coming weekend’s session is completely sold out, but I do have a handful of spots left for the third and final session the following week, April 30 - May 2nd (which is the “official” National Scrapbook DAY).

I would love to have you stop by my studio in Madison, Alabama to check our our happy crafting space and decide if you would like to commit to an event. You’re welcome to stop in during any scheduled event - although sometimes I might be busier than others and it may take me a minute to greet you!

Come create two double page layouts using some of CM’s newest collections. I’ll provide the “ingredients” and the directions and we’ll build the layouts together. $20 basic or $35 deluxe (which includes 2 packs of stickers). This month we will be doing the Birthday Bash and Lakeside Memories Project Recipes.

I’m still working out the details for our annual The Longest Day fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association, but we’ll be having an in-person session in June plus I’m partnering with fourteen other CM Advisors for our second worldwide Memories Matter virtual fundraiser! That one is happening Saturday, June 20th, so mark your calendar!

National Scrapbook Day!!!

I still have a few spaces available for Session 3 of NSD, April 30 - May 2, and we would love to have you join us! $120 fee includes dinner each of the three nights and also lunch on Friday/Saturday, plus a goody bag with some exclusive CM items.
National Scrapbook Day 2026
If you cannot attend the whole weekend but would like to come for part of the time, it’ll be $35 for Thursday only, $60 for either Friday or Saturday, or $90 for both Friday/Saturday. Contact me directly to sign up for one of those spots.

So I have to be honest with you - I got to see the contents of Secret Box #2 in Cabo and I cannot for the life of me remember what the theme is!! I do remember that I loved the Frame Punch and really liked the colors of the papers — but it was on the same table as the stuff in the next section and I was more excited about that!
Still - if you’re up for a mystery, the graphic above gives a hint of the style/colors of the Secret Box and I do remember that I liked it. :) There is also a preview of a border you can create with the box contents on the preview page which is linked to in the “how to order” section of this email!

New Scrap Journal options!

One of my favorite album sizes right now is the 6.75 x 10” Scrap Journal. Formerly known as a “Happy Album,” this size is perfect for beginning scrapbookers, or for smaller album projects or gift albums. My favorite use for it is my annual “Calendar Journal”, which I have been keeping up with since 2019! It’s my favorite way to “scrapbook the now, NOW!”
One thing I’ve wished for is some new products for the Scrap Journal size, and CM has made my wish come true, with a brand new Scrap Journal collection made in collaboration with designer Kate Erends!

There you go! I am very excited about the Scrap Journal stuff and I hope you watched the video on the preview page about those cool stencils!
I am still working on details for the Memories Matter fundraiser - theoretically we have a contact at the main US office of the Alzheimer’s Association, but she is much busier than the Alabama-based person I worked with in the past (who has now left for a new job!) but we are close to nailing things down!
I’m looking forward to our next two sessions of NSD and I hope I will be seeing you soon!
