Surprise! A mid-week product release!

Happy Tuesday, Scrapbook friends! Sorry to interrupt you in the middle of the week, but because of the CM Advisors trip to Cabo next week (which I get to go on!) they have bumped up the release of the new April products that (I assume) would have been the first Monday and instead we are getting them on THURSDAY, April 2nd.

So here I am with a quick preview of a FUN new collection (I think it’ll be one of my favorites!), a quick reminder of this weekend’s crop (I know it’s Good Friday but hope you can join us!) and the new Q2 Simple Page Kits.

At least, I will TRY to be quick. :)

Event Schedule

I’d love to have you join us for a crop at my studio in Madison, Alabama! If you haven’t cropped with us before and want to drop by and check things out before you commit to spending a few hours with a bunch of crazy scrapbookers (present company excepted, of course!) we love to meet new people so please feel free to pop in to say hello!

Pre-registration is required for all cropping events via Google Forms, so once you’ve looked at the options please click the link at the bottom of this section to sign up!

Wednesday Day Crops: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday April 1, 15, 22 and 29. No frills, just time to work on your current projects. Bring your lunch or we’ll go in together on a DoorDash order. No crop April 8th. $10.

Weekend Crops: Friday noon - 9 pm and/or Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
April 3/4 This one is our monthly potluck crop but please don’t let that scare you. :) $20 for one day or $30 for both.

Scrap Journal Club: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, April 14 Scrapbook the now, NOW! $10

Project Recipe Class: 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Come create two double page layouts using some of CM’s newest collections. I’ll provide the “ingredients” and the directions and we’ll build the layouts together. $20 basic or $35 deluxe (which includes 2 packs of stickers)

Chasing the Sun

You guys know how much I love bright, cheerful colors, and so you can imagine my excitement when I saw this brand new summer collection from Creative Memories! I love everything about it, from the cute flip-flops album cover, to the fun colors and the versatile punches!

This collection includes Designer Paper, Mats, Stickers, TWO embellishment packs (one has glossy UV accents, the other has larger embellishments and some laser cut designs, plus the Diamond Lattice Chain BMC and a very cool Sunlit Border Punch, which has images cut out of the edges so that when you layer pieces cut with the punch you end up with some really unique design options!

As always there is a Buy-it-All Bundle which also includes a coordinating cardstock pack and a FREE Project Playbook to get you started with your layout designs! Plus you save 10% over buying the pieces separately.

Album Kit Expansion Packs

Hopefully you guys already know how much I am loving the new Album Box kits, which allow you to put together an entire album in a day! But the designs of the included embellishment packs are pretty generic. The coordinating collections gave us more options, but now we have some specific themed embellishments that will make these album kits even more appealing! Choose from Baby, Travel, Beach and Wedding themed designs that coordinate with our three basic Album Box options: On the Bright Side, Global Getaway and Natural Beginnings.

New Ink Storage!

I will admit to you that I am having trouble getting on the inking bandwagon - I’m so messy I’m afraid it will be a disaster! But OH the joy of this new ink pad and brush storage system is right up my alley (and of course I bought all the inks and brushes anyway!)

The Ink & Brush Organizer Insert fits inside the Tools Organizer (sold separately - it’s the same one the BMC organizers fit in) and will fit a total of 20 sets of inks and brushes!! I don’t even know if CM sells that many (yet?) but look at how pretty it is!!

There are also four new 5x5 stencils to use with the inks. I think my favorite is the one with the bricks.

Weekender Bag

One of my favorite CM organizer bags is BACK, and this time in the fun Rainbow Dots pattern so many of us LOVE! This tote can hold an amazing amount of scrapbooking supplies, has a two carry handles and a padded shoulder strap, plus a trolley sleeve so that you can slide it over the handle of your rolling tote bag! There are SIX interior compartments, a separate laptop compartment with two more side pockets, and a double-zip opening to make it easier to get your supplies in and out.

Simple Page Kits

April starts a new quarter, so if you are trying to keep up with the monthly Simple Page Kits, now’s your chance to get the next three all at once. If you prefer to buy them monthly, April’s kit is also available separately (but you don’t get the bonus sticker!)

I will order right at noon on Thursday, but since I’ll be in Cabo the soonest you can pick up your order will be at the Wednesday day crop on the 15th. (PLEASE make sure my taxes are done by then!) So you may want to order yourself… read on for that.
