Your income level is based on YOUR effort and sales numbers. Everyone starts at a 10% commission (even on things like catalogs and customer gifts!) and then it’s up to you to get to 25%, 30% or even 40% commission level - plus a downline commission should you add other Advisors to your team. Any order placed on your personal CM website (whether by you or by one of your friends) counts towards your annual Account Balance which determines your commission level:
